PE (polyethylene) has good chemical stability and can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, organic solutions and hot water. It has good electrical insulation and is easy to weld.
Applications: Drinking water sewers, hot water pipes, transport containers, pumps and valve components, medical appliance parts, seals, cutting plates, sliding profiles. Widely used in chemical, mechanical, chemical, electric, clothing, packaging, food, etc. industry
Specifications: Plate: 2 ~ 150mmx1000mmx2000mm or 2 ~ 30mmx1220mmx2440mm.
Characteristics: low density; good toughness (also suitable for low temperature conditions); good tensile properties; good electrical and dielectric insulation; low water absorption; low water vapor permeability; good chemical stability; tensile resistance; non-toxic and harmless .
Bar: diameter x length = 20 ~ 200mmx1000mm
PE sheets are excellent in resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals. Certain types of chemicals can cause chemical corrosion, such as corrosive oxidants (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene), and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer is non-hygroscopic and has good water vapor resistance and can be used for packaging purposes. These variables combine to produce HDPE grades for different applications; achieving the best balance in performance. It has good chemical stability and can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, organic solutions and hot water. Electrical insulation is good.
